FAQs - Pure Water

Bottled water is considered FOOD therefore we have to make sure that the bottles are used for nothing other than our Pure Water. If the bottles appear to have been used for something other than our Pure Water, we do not purchase these bottles, therefore causing the consumer an expense. Our staff is very vigilant in this matter. Also, we do not accept any other bottle that is similar in appearance and isn’t ours.

If you should receive a “Leaky bottle” simply:

  • Return your leaky bottle to our Parsons Lane Retail location and we will replace it free of charge.


  • If you are a delivery customer – please mark your Pure Water bottle with an “X” and contact our customer service representative so that we can arrange a replacement bottle to be sent with your next delivery.

You can pay in person at our retail location by cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Alternatively, payment can be made via an ATM, or call us at 236-1288 with your credit/debit card number. The capability to accept payment over the internet is now available. You can go to either BNTB, HSBC or Capital G websites and you will find Bermuda Waterworks listed on the “payee lists” for each bank. You can then set up your payment template using your account number.

Yes it is! We care about the environment as much as you do, so we're taking steps to preserve our valuable resources. Pure Water is dedicated to using the highest quality, most cost effective and most environmentally responsible bottled water containers possible. Our 3 and 5-Gallon bottles are cleaned, sanitized and refilled more than 25 times! At the end of their lifecycle bottles are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.
