Drive Thru Opening Times - Updated as of April 21 2020 Featured

April 21, 2020. 

 

To Our Valued Clients, 

 

We are pleased to announce The Drive Thru will be open today, Tuesday April 21 at 12:30 p.m, tomorrow, Wednesday April 22 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. It will then be open next week Monday April 27, Tuesday April 28 and Wednesday April 29 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

 

The Plumbing Shop will accept orders over the phone or by email ONLY: retail@bwl.bm for Curbside collection ONLY. Again this will be allowed Monday- Wednesday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

 

Please note that we do NOT have permission to deliver to Homes at this time.

Pure Water Notice - April 5 2020

April 5, 2020. 

 

To Our Valued Clients, 

 

During the 14 day Shelter in place period the Drive Thru will be CLOSED.  

The Vending machine will remain OPEN with 24 hours service. Please ensure you bring your own 1, 3 or 5 gallon bottle to refill and caps in case the machine runs out.

We will continue to deliver Bottled water to the Grocery stores, the Essential services- KEMH, MAWI, Police, Fire, our immobile Senior clients and Rest homes. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this difficult period. Please continue to take care of yourselves and each other.

Purchasing Water Using the Vending Machine - April 8 2020

April 8, 2020. 

 

To Our Valued Clients, 

Please follow the below steps when purchasing Pure Water via the vending machine:

 

1.Remove the cap from the bottle.

2.Place the empty bottle in the Cut out space so it is flush with the back groove.

3.Swipe your card down with the stripe facing you.

4.Choose the Volume of water that you need. The 3 gallon is the size that is sold in the Grocery stores. The larger bottle holds 5 gallons.

5.Wait for the card to be authorized. This will take a couple of seconds. The machine does NOT print a receipt.

6.Once authorized the water will dispense IMMEDIATELY.

7.Make sure the empty bottle is securely in place to prevent spillage.

8.Take a cap from the White tubes to the left of the machine if you need one.

Pure Water Notice - April 3 2020

April 3, 2020. 

 

To Our Valued Clients, 

 

During the 14 day Shelter in place period the Drive Thru will remain open week days from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. We will only be accepting Credit/Debit card purchases because of limited staff that will be in office. No Cash purchases will be permitted. The Drive Thru Staff will do an even exchange of the empties that are returned by clients. We are unable to issue extra bottles since we need to ensure that our Bottled water inventory is maintained. Our goal is that all clients can get some water. 

 

The Vending machine will remain open 24 hours. We will continue to deliver Bottled water to the Grocery stores, the Essential services- KEMH, MAWI, Police, Fire, our immobile Senior clients and Rest homes. Pure Water Notice

Dear Valued Clients, 

 

March 23, 2020

 

In light of the arrival of COVID 19 we have decided to temporarily suspend Bottled water deliveries effective today until further notice. We encourage clients to purchase Bottled water and its accessories at our Drive Thru in Devonshire. It will remain open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. 

 

Our Vending machine is also open 24 hours. Clients are reminded to bring their used caps since the machine has a limited capacity. The machine only accepts Credit/Debit cards. Our Plumbing and Retail store is now closed but  payments can be made via online Banking and the Pure Water Payment portal. 

 

We will maintain deliveries to the Grocery stores, the Essential services and our immobile Senior clients. Please contact us at 299 7873, xt 221 or email us at purewater@bwl.bm or PWStatements@bwl.bm so that delivery arrangements can be made while maintaining an adequate social distance. We will work hard to resume full service when it is deemed safe to do so. I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage. Please take care of yourselves and each other.
