If you have recently placed a new Pure Water bottle on the cooler it could be that the bottle is “leaky”. Remove the bottle immediately and drain the reservoir. If you have another Pure Water Bottle put it on the cooler to see if the leaking has stopped. If it is simply a “leaky” bottle then you will receive a replacement bottle free of charge. If unsure, simply call our Customer Service Representative to arrange a service call. A service fee may apply.
